Ms. Ana-Maria Goga is a partner in the firm's Bucharest office since 2008 and is currently heading the Real Estate Department. Her legal expertise covers real estate law and banking law. She is experienced in a wide range of industries, such as: food retail, fashion retail, sport goods retail, development of office and retail facilities, banking, naval industry and insurance. On grounds of her previous experience in corporate law, labour law and general business law, and due to the strong German knowledge, Ana-Maria has been also providing assistance in day-to-day business matters mainly to Austrian and German major investors in Romania

In her capacity as the coordinator of the Real Estate Department, Ana-Maria has accumulated experience related to the development of different types of real estate projects, especially those involving office centres, retail facilities, residential centres etc.

Ana-Maria has participated in a number of important projects, such as: assisting Billa Romania (REWE Group) in the development of its supermarkets chain in Romania; assisting the Austrian developer Soravia Gruppe in (i) acquisition, financing and development of a land in the northern part of Bucharest for the purpose of developing a mix project, (ii) acquisition, financing and development of a retail and business centre in the centre of Bucharest, (iii) sale of two office buildings projects in Bucharest, (iv) financing of acquisition of land in south of Bucharest for the development of an office and retail centre; assisting the Austrian developer Immoeast on acquisition and development of properties located in various Romanian cities, with a project value of approx. EUR 250 mil. (the largest value of a real estate transaction in Romania in 2007); assisting Hervis Sports and Fashion on the development of their sports stores chain in Romania, Peek & Cloppenburg on their entrance on the Romanian market by renting the Băneasa store or Rheinische Grundbesitz & Beteiligungs AG on acquisition of a land in the centre of Bucharest in view of the development of an office centre.

On top, Ana-Maria assisted Investkredit Bank AG in several financing projects: to Baumit Romania Com SRL for the purpose of establishing a working plant in Bolintin Deal, Giurgiu, to Plus Discount (Tengelmann) regarding the refinancing of 13 Plus stores, to American International School of Bucharest, to SW Umwelttechnik etc.
