Ms. Delia Vasiliu is a partner in the firm's Bucharest office since 2008 and is currently heading the Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure Department. Her experience in the energy sector involves Greenfield projects regarding the development of wind farm parks and other types of investment in the power generation field from Renewable Energy Sources, as well as mergers and acquisitions of several power suppliers and companies activating in the mining field.

Her extensive legal practice in the infrastructure, public procurement or public private partnerships materializes in providing legal advice to several major investors and corporations activating in the mining and oil industries.

Delia has coordinated important projects developed by clients such as: E. ON Group (Germany), Emerson Corp. SA, Lasselsberger (Austria), Siemens, Essent International Trading or Soravia Group, gaining substantial experience.

Moreover, Delia is a regular contributor to several reviews and law publications specialized in energy law and intellectual property law and also a regular participant at conferences and seminars, especially regarding the energy field.
