Mr. Glodeanu specializes in the real estate matters as well as a wide range of infrastructure projects financed by both EU and local budgets. His extensive experience includes advising international and domestic real estate developers, construction and consultancy companies involved in real estate and infrastructure projects in Romania.

Representative transactions include advising: Starwood EAME License and Services Company BVBA AG in the preparation and drafting of various agreements related to Starwood's investment in a EUR 120 million joint venture project with Sigma Group Cluj, Romania, for the development of a five star Sheraton hotel, exclusive condominium and retail complex in Cluj; Raiffeisen evolution project development GmbH in the acquisition of a plot of land of approximately 10 hectares and located in the north of Bucharest in Straulesti area, in the direct vicinity of Petrom City; Swan Property SRL with the legal issues (financing contracts, construction agreements) related to the development of an office building in Pipera, Bucharest (Swan Office Park) having an approximate aggregate 64,934 square meters net rentable area and an approximate aggregate 66,941 square meters gross area; Ram Integrity on the acquisition of several plots of land in Bucharest, having an aggregate area of 12 hectares that shall be used for the development of a residential complex; Nordcapital, a prominent German fund on the acquisition of three forests in Romania with an aggregate surface of exceeding 5,000 hectares; Spray Tech Fund on the sale of a real estate project in Bucharest, (the project is a mid-market development targeting middle class inhabitants and consists of 850 apartments, 5,000 square meters retail and leisure, 1,000 underground parking); and a German supermarket chain in connection with the acquisition of plots of land in several major Romanian cities that are suitable for the erection of supermarkets.
