Mrs. Glodeanu is a senior associate with Wolf Theiss since 2005. In her eight years of experience as a lawyer, she has provided legal advice on numerous transactions and projects in the areas of M&A, telecommunications, privatizations and employment.

Representative transactions include advising: SC Digital Cable Systems S.A., a Romanian provider of video re-transmission services, on the sale of a 40% company stake through a share capital increase for EUR 45 million to AIG Capital Partners Inc; Nybron Flooring International Group, the leading European wood flooring company, on the acquisition of two Romanian companies; Erste Bank during negotiations for preparing an offer to employees with a view to acquiring shares in BCR; LLK International BV as to the business transfer of the lubricant division from Petrotel Lukoil SA to a wholly-owned subsidiary of LLK International BV a US investor on the privatization of a telecommunications network in Romania; one of the largest telecommunications operators in Romania in specific telecommunications projects (interconnectivity, access to the local loop etc.); a strategic investor on the submission and negotiation of an offer with a view to acquiring the majority shareholding in the largest Romanian petrochemical producer; and the employees association in Romanian national oil company on issues related to the proposed acquisition and sale of shares to third party custodian.
